Meatball Lollipops
1.
Heat the meatballs by your preferred method until hot.

Grab a lollipop or wood candy stick and pierce each individual meatball.

Choose the dipping sauce of your choice and enjoy!

MEATBALL SANDWICH
1.
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.
2.
Take the slices of Prosciutto and place them on to a sheet pan with parchment paper. Toast the Prosciutto until lightly brittle, then put aside to cool to room temperature
3.
Heat either the 3 meat, Beef or Turkey meatballs until hot & hold them until ready to place them on bread.
4.
Take the French Style Baguette and split it down the middle leaving the back portion attached as a hinge. In a large sauté pan, heat the pan & slowly melt the butter. Allow it to toast at medium heat for a few minutes. Once the face of the bread is golden, remove the baguette from the pan & place on a separate sheet pan face up.
5.
Sprinkle bread with shavings of Parmigiano, then place the meatballs on top. Top with tomato sauce, sliced mozzarella & more shavings of Parmigiano cheese. Drizzle with EVOO and Pesto.
6.
Top with the toasted Prosciutto, some fresh cracked black pepper & sliced basil.

Toast the whole sandwich in the oven to crisp the outside of the bread & to melt the cheese

Heat the Turkey Meatballs until hot & hold them on the side.
2.
Drizzle EVOO in a heated saucepan.
3.
Sprinkle Pecorino Romano cheese into the pan & sauté.
4.
Add the Basil Pesto to pan & mix in.
5.
Add the zucchini noodles & toss with the Basil Pesto & Pecorino Romano Cheese.
6.
Grab your already heated Turkey Meatballs and place them in pan.
7.
Toss all of the ingredients together.

Add cracked black pepper & shaved Parmigiano Cheese.

1.
Heat the Meatballs of choice by your preferred method until hot. Slice & place them on the side until ready to use.
2.
Lay a tortilla flat & make a cut from the outside to the middle (to make four quadrants)
3.
Place the meatballs, cheeses, pepperoni, sauce and arugula into quarter sections on the tortilla.
4.
Fold the quarters together.
5.
Cook the quesadillas for one minute on each side in a hot skillet (Pro Tip: Place a pan on top to make the outside extra crispy).
6.
Serve your fold over quesadilla with your favorite dips.
