Chef Natale is a dynamic second-generation American chef, born into the heart of an “old- school” Italian family. Growing up in the bustling kitchens of Il Capriccio, his family's acclaimed New Jersey restaurant, he molded his craft from an early age. With a degree in engineering, Natale switched gears to pursue culinary arts, climbing the ranks and honing his skills at Italy’s Michelin- starred Ristorante San Domenico

Today, he delights a wider audience through The Flying Meatballs, offering irresistible artisanal meatballs and comforting Italian dishes—an homage to his family's rich legacy and love for food.
